Return Policy
It is our policy not to charge a restocking fee.  We will accept the return of any non-special order or non-software item for any reason if returned within 30 days of purchase in the original manufacturer’s packaging and in suitable for resale condition.  DVD's, CD's and cartography are also returnable within 30 days if unopened/sealed and in resellable condition or proven to be defective.  Return Authorization numbers are required on all returned items and can be obtained by calling our toll free number, 888-296-7866 or emailing us at sales@ValenceMarine.com.  All items past 30 days from purchase must be returned directly to the manufacture for repair or replacement at the manufacturer’s discretion if defective or under warranty.  Opened and/or unsealed DVD's, CD's and cartography are not returnable unless defective.  All units requiring Service, either Warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer following approval obtained from the manufacturer.   All authorized product returns back to Valence Marine that are in resellable condition or have been determined to be defective will be refunded at the purchase price.  Shipping charges are not refundable.  Orders shipped internationally and special stocking orders are nonreturnable.  Product return for replacement or refund due to damage in shipping will be issued upon verification settlement with the carrier.
